will give you the skills of modern day Olympic Taekwondo but also the traditions and

Program is based on a training method known as the Doce Pares Multi-Style"
System of Eskrima. You will diversify your

hand drills
and strategies that will neutralize blunt and edged weapon assaults.

Program is a super charged blend of Kick Boxing (stand up skills) Judo (take downs),
Pummeling
(controlling techniques) and Grappling skills (submission fighting). This Unique system provides
