  and strategies that will neutralize blunt and edged weapon assaults. This class offers a traditional  yet practical approach
  to this sacred art, guaranteed to improve self-confidence, self-control,  awareness, cfitness and self-defense skills.
 
  Program is a super charged blend of Kick Boxing (stand up skills) Judo (take downs),   Pummeling
  (controlling techniques) and Grappling skills (submission fighting). This Unique system provides   a firm
